




Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed architect to manage procurement, housing rehabilitation projects, and provide general support, with an analytical and responsible profile. Requirements: - Licensed Architect / Intern - Gender: Female - Marital status: Any - Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD - Advanced knowledge of rendering software (SketchUp / Lumion / Artlantis) - Intermediate knowledge of Excel - Analytical - Extremely responsible - Extremely reliable - Genuine availability of working hours - Excellent learning attitude - Ability to work under pressure - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–2 PM and 4 PM–7 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM We Offer: - $14,000 monthly gross salary - Statutory benefits Responsibilities (Illustrative, not exhaustive): ——Procurement—— 70–80% of the role will involve procurement activities: - Obtaining quotations from potential suppliers. - Analyzing options to select the final supplier. - Preparing, authorizing, and issuing purchase orders. - Requesting and tracking receipt of purchase invoices. - Coordinating, tracking, and confirming supplier payments. - Coordinating, tracking, and confirming material deliveries. ——Procurement–Rehabilitation–Sale of Housing——: - Procurement of materials. - On-site survey to draft the original condition floor plan of housing units. - Drafting the original condition floor plan of housing units. - Developing housing rehabilitation–remodeling projects. - Creating housing renders. ——General——: - Supporting various departments (e.g., estimations, administration) and/or new business initiatives (teamwork).
