Position Overview: Learn and perform standardized assembly tasks to contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality refrigeration units. Your mission is to actively support the production line by performing basic assembly operations with precision and discipline, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Core Function and Scope of Responsibilities: 1.- Perform Basic Assembly Operations: Carry out mechanical and structural assembly tasks, such as installing panels, supports, minor components, and fasteners, strictly following Work Instructions. 2.- Identify and Report Deviations: Immediately notify your Group Leader upon detecting defective materials, malfunctioning tools, or any condition preventing standard-compliant work performance. 3.- Support Material Flow: Move components and sub-assemblies between workstations and ensure your area has necessary consumables (fasteners, sealants, etc.). 4.- Maintain Order and Safety (5S): Be responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and safety at your workstation, returning tools to their designated locations and keeping walkways clear. Requirements: Education: Completed junior high school or high school (technical field preferred). Experience: Not required; basic knowledge of hand tools is desirable. Willingness to learn and work in a team. Proactive, responsible attitude with willingness to collaborate. Flexible availability for work hours.
