





**IT ENGINEER** Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the technological systems that companies use to manage their daily operations **Activities:** · Provide on-site support for (printers, kiosks, barcode scanners), etc. · Attend to, diagnose, correctly assign, and follow up on tickets until closure. · Make calls and/or follow-ups via Teams with personnel in the US for incident escalation, tracking, and/or resolution. · Ensure operational continuity and compliance with service level agreements. · Attend and follow up on daily meetings. · Perform basic hardware and software diagnostics. · Procurement and inventory management of IT equipment. · Assign computers and accessories to new hires. · Install required software. · Assign user accounts for computer equipment. **Skills:** · Problem analysis and resolution. · Teamwork. · Effective communication. · Proactive. · Flexible. · Leadership and customer orientation. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. · Advanced English proficiency. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or supervisory roles. · Solid knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and ITSM tools. · Experience with (PCs, Scanners, HH, printers), electrical equipment, and infrastructure.
