The purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facilities, equipment, and machinery, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Requirements Age: 25 years and older Education: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics (intermediate/advanced level) Proficiency with maintenance software and Microsoft Office Familiarity with 5S, TPM, and industrial safety standards (OSHA, NOM-STPS, ISO 45001) Availability to respond to emergencies and coordinate external vendors Competencies Leadership and teamwork Planning and organization Effective communication Results-driven and continuous improvement focus Commitment to safety Main Responsibilities Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs Supervise internal teams and service providers Manage spare parts and consumables inventory Generate maintenance reports and performance indicators Promote safety and organization within the workplace At **SQ TECH**, we value diversity and foster an inclusive work environment where everyone has equal opportunities for professional development.
