Job Summary: This role ensures the timely procurement of production materials and operational supplies by executing the tactical purchasing cycle and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the timely procurement of production materials and operational supplies. 2. Collaborates with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. 3. Applies knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ERP systems. ### **Purpose of the Position:** To ensure the timely procurement of production materials (MRP) and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies by accurately executing the tactical purchasing cycle and maintaining strong professional relationships with our supplier base. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **MRP Management:** Daily review of ERP system requirements for production materials and conversion into firm Purchase Orders (POs). * **MRO Procurement:** Quoting and processing purchases of spare parts, safety equipment, and consumables from authorized suppliers. * **Proactive Follow-up:** Confirm delivery dates with suppliers, obtain tracking numbers, and update arrival status in the system. * **Invoice Reconciliation (3\-Way Match):** Match Purchase Orders (POs), warehouse receipts, and invoices to validate pricing and terms prior to payment. * **Discrepancy Resolution:** Serve as the liaison among Warehouse, Quality, and Suppliers to resolve incorrect deliveries or billing errors. ### **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, materials planning, or accounts payable roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the "Procure\-to\-Pay" (P2P) cycle. * Experience with ERP systems (Purchasing/MRP modules). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and Windows. * **Key Competencies:** Collaboration, assertive communication, commitment, and results orientation. ### **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * On\-Time Delivery Rate. * Invoice reconciliation accuracy. * MRP fulfillment rate.
