With presence in 18 countries, we offer quality products across various categories and price ranges. **OBJECTIVE:** Analyze inventory status to ensure proper flow of finished product and packaging materials, and guarantee resource management according to policies and procedures to maintain inventory under control. **TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:** Ensure proper use and handling of the SAP system and finished product inventory. Establish direct communication and activity coordination with the finished product warehouse (operations) and transportation departments. Perform cyclic inventories in the picking area. Review inventory in systems (SAP). Inform supervisors of identified opportunities for improvement regarding their subordinates for immediate correction. Timely follow-up and resolution of discrepancies reported by branches in SAP and the (KM PORTAL). Timely follow-up and resolution of internal discrepancies within the system in the warehouse. Review and follow up on system transactions detected in the warehouse for immediate correction. (change of dates, receipt of short-dated goods, location additions or deletions, clearing of transit entries, etc.) Participate and work as a team to maintain clean shipping and receiving STGs. Review and process extraordinary entries or exits. (returns, tastings, key changes, etc.) Review historical records of packaging material entries and exits. Review and follow up on existing transit items for prompt completion. Prepare weekly and monthly variance indicators for branches. Monthly packaging inventory count (scheduled by auditing). Packaging inventory count for internal control. Monthly finished product inventory count at Cedi. Create documentation for inventory counts. Control and document material outflows (scrap). Follow up on freshness and proper rotation of materials in picking (rotation file). Review and reconcile discrepancies with different CADIs, plants, and suppliers delivering to CADI. Review reasons for inbound adjustments due to receiving differences. Monitor transits of different SKUs; validate reasons for adjustments. Report incidents originating from CADIs, plants, and suppliers. Follow up to complete pending transactions due to receiving discrepancies. Review and monitor adjustments generated by the SAP system for clarification of these events. Control of warehouse supplies, PKC and kitting (stationery, labels, paper, pallets, load maps). Follow up on service requests: chamber cleaning, racks and PKC stations, laundry, cleaning, and maintenance. Validate transits of finished products and packaging.
