At **Intugo**, we are looking for a **Payroll \& Compliance Coordinator** to join a U.S.-based company specializing in electrical construction services and public projects in California and the United States. The position focuses on payroll administration, labor compliance, and union reporting within the electrical construction industry under prevailing wage and certified payroll regulations. Responsibilities: * Process and track weekly payroll using systems such as Foundation, QuickBooks, or similar. * Review timesheets to validate hours worked, cost codes, classifications, regular time, overtime, and double time. * Verify payroll classifications, wages, fringe benefits, union rates, and prevailing wage requirements. * Support audits and compliance documentation for public projects. * Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, certified payroll reports, union dues, and fringe benefit requirements. * Track union reports and contributions. * Maintain effective communication with employees and internal departments regarding payroll incidents. Requirements: * 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally in construction or trades. * Knowledge of certified payroll regulations in California. * Experience with workers' compensation and incident handling. * Proficiency with payroll systems such as QuickBooks, Foundation, or similar. * Conversational/advanced English. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Availability to work onsite in Hermosillo. Desirable: * Experience with LCP Tracker or similar compliance software. * Knowledge of union payroll and prevailing wage tracking. * Familiarity with DIR, WC classifications, and fringe benefit reporting.
