**Architecture Intern** We are looking for an intern interested in the **real estate sector**, who wishes to get involved in real projects and contribute with creativity and knowledge. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree student in Architecture (final semesters). * Knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in design and modeling software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion (Revit or similar is desirable). * Ability to create drawings, renders, and presentations. * Interest in the real estate sector and in the development of residential/commercial projects. * Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
