Job Objective Ensure operational vacancy coverage through effective field and digital recruitment strategies, guaranteeing compliance with the company's selection standards. **Main Responsibilities:** 360° Recruitment: From job posting to file integration. Digital Strategy: Management of social media, job boards, and specialized groups for talent acquisition. Field Strategy: Posting, flyer distribution, and attendance at job fairs or high-traffic locations. Interviews: Conducting initial interviews. Follow-up: Reference verification and drug testing. **Required Profile:** Experience: Minimum 1 year in mass recruitment (preferably for security or cleaning roles). Skills: Strong communication skills, proactivity, results orientation, and excellent proficiency with digital tools. Attitude: Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly coverage targets. **Compensation and Benefits:** Payment Schedule: Biweekly, paid on time. Bonuses: Bonus scheme based on achievement of recruitment targets. Statutory Benefits: IMSS coverage from day one, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, and vacation premium as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
