Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate projects, manage teams, and ensure the achievement of objectives in industrial building construction. Key Highlights: 1. Resource optimization and customer satisfaction Main responsibilities and skills for this position are: Responsibilities * Ability to coordinate several projects executed simultaneously * Develop and maintain an updated project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources * Define tasks and responsibilities for each team member * Establish project milestones and deliverables * Identify and manage project risks * Facilitate communication among various project stakeholders (internal team, contractors, suppliers, clients) * Resolve conflicts and problems arising during project execution * Report on construction progress and financial status * Ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards * Plan and manage resources required for project execution (personnel, equipment, materials) * Optimize resource utilization and minimize costs * Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction * Prepare the final project report Skills * Planning, organization, and coordination ability * Leadership and team management ability * Problem-solving and decision-making ability * Communication and negotiation ability * Results-oriented mindset and goal attainment focus * Proactivity and foresight Requirements * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Industrial Building Construction * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency * Advanced knowledge of Neodata, Opus, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project Manager Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
