**Job Description** At Infinite Diamonds, a leading jewelry company with over 20 years of experience, we are seeking a Systems or IT Engineer or AI Engineer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our technological infrastructure and participating in innovation projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI, or related field * Experience in: * Network and system administration (Windows/Linux) * Databases and cloud services * Technical support and system monitoring * Virtualization knowledge * Technical English (desirable) **Responsibilities** * Administer servers, networks, and internal systems * Install, configure, and update hardware and software * Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues * Implement cybersecurity measures * Provide technical support to internal users * Manage access rights, permissions, and accounts * Document technical processes * Participate in innovation and technological improvement projects * AI solution development and implementation * Administrative system management (Compaq) **Desirable Knowledge** * Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching) * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) * Automation / scripting * Cybersecurity **Skills** * Problem-solving * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Effective communication * Proactivity **We Offer** * Salary: **MXN $20,500 monthly gross** * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation) * 25% vacation bonus * Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) * Weekend rest * Growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment * Possibility of indefinite-term contract **Important** All selection processes are free of charge.
