**Job Description:** REALNET S.A. DE C.V. is a company dedicated to providing services and solutions in information security, infrastructure, and IT administration optimization. We are seeking: Infrastructure Technical Support Intern Requirements: * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Networks and Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field; completion is not mandatory. * Responsible, committed, self-taught, proactive individual who works toward objectives, eager to learn and gain experience. * Experience: Not required. * Availability of time. * Basic knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems. * Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards\. * Basic knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance. * Interest in developing knowledge and skills in virtualization systems, Helpdesk, Backups, Cloud Computing, equipment maintenance, and vulnerability management. Responsibilities: * Complete courses related to the various brands assigned. * Produce technical documentation. * Attend client meetings and installation services to gain exposure to the professional field. * Conduct laboratory practices to specialize in the following brands: Acronis, Panda, GFI, VMware, Synology, and Microsoft. * Generate reports. * Perform other duties related to the area.
