Join a technical support team Become part of the best team and join us as a **Level 1 Technical Support Analyst** We are looking for: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (internship status, in the process of graduation, or already graduated; currently enrolled or incomplete) * Minimum 6 months of technical support experience via telephone (call center) or remotely (academic service and professional internships count) * **Recent graduates: no experience required** Required Knowledge: * **SQL Server** as a Database Management System (DBMS) for data management (basic level) * **Basic networking knowledge** * **Windows Server** (basic level) Responsibilities: * Resolve incidents remotely and by phone. * Report failures to supervisors using designated tools. * Accurately document all activities performed to address incidents.
