Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive inventory management, receipt, storage, and organization of spare parts, as well as providing support to maintenance personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory and spare parts management. 2. Logistical support for maintenance operations. 3. Maintenance of quality standards and warehouse organization. * **Inventory Management:** Classify and record incoming/outgoing items in the system and conduct cyclic inventories to prevent stockouts. * **Receipt and Verification:** Receive new parts, verify conformity with purchase orders, inspect quality, and manage warranties. * **Storage and Organization:** Sort, label, and locate spare parts on racks or shelves to ensure rapid identification. * **Support for Maintenance Personnel:** Supply necessary tools and materials for preventive or corrective tasks. * **Management of Returnable Materials:** Manage the lending and proper condition of specialized tools and safety equipment. * **Quality and Cleanliness Management:** Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring optimal conditions for components. * **Technical Reporting:** Report inventory variances, obsolete parts, and material consumption to the Maintenance Management team.
