




We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with proven experience in managing and supervising maintenance services in condominiums or residential complexes. The ideal candidate must have technical and leadership skills to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and optimal operation of equipment. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of water pumps, electrical equipment, refrigeration systems, swimming pools, and plumbing. * Manage the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. * Develop and implement operation manuals and procedures for equipment and facility preservation and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations in all technical areas. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify improvement areas and prevent system failures. * Administer the maintenance budget and coordinate with suppliers for purchasing materials and services. * Maintain constant communication with management and residents to handle reports and resolve incidents efficiently. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in condominiums, hotels, or residential complexes. * Technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, and swimming pool maintenance. * Ability to lead and train work teams. * Capacity to develop and apply maintenance manuals and procedures. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.
