




Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises traffic operations, ensuring proper vehicle assignment, maintenance, documentation, corporate image standards, as well as operator training and adherence to operational protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily supervision of corporate image and vehicle documentation. 2. Timely response to customer needs and service feedback. 3. Negotiation with the community to ensure operational continuity. Coordinate company traffic operations, ensuring timely vehicle assignment according to customer requirements, verifying that all vehicles receive preventive maintenance services, possess valid documentation and meet required corporate image standards, and supervise assigned operators’ compliance with all safety measures and shift-start protocols. · Conduct daily inspections to ensure all operational vehicles comply with corporate image requirements and that their documentation and equipment are fully complete and satisfactory. · Respond promptly to customer needs by holding periodic meetings with customers to gather feedback regarding the service provided. · Conduct meetings with assigned operators to deliver safety talks and/or recommendations, and inform them of company policies. · Negotiate with community representatives to ensure uninterrupted vehicle operations and minimize service disruptions. Authorize, in coordination with vehicle operators, vehicle entry into the Mechanical Workshop for preventive and/or corrective maintenance services. Promptly request the Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to address external service orders for vehicles experiencing failures or malfunctions. · Promptly respond to customer requests for special vehicles, coordinating and managing equipment based on their positioning and actual availability. · Supervise and ensure that assigned personnel (operators) participate in relevant courses and training related to their competencies. Salary: $15,000.00 - $15,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
