




**Hotel:** LUURE **Location:** Bosque Real **Position Type:** Operational **Schedule:** Rotating ### **Position Objective** Provide warm, efficient, and professional service to guests by managing their arrival, stay, and departure, ensuring a high-quality service experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform check-in and check-out procedures according to hotel standards. * Handle guest requests, inquiries, and requirements. * Manage reservations and system updates. * Keep the reception area organized and clean. * Coordinate communication with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security). * Record incidents and follow up accordingly. * Handle cash and perform daily cash reconciliations. ### **Requirements** * Previous experience in hotel front desk (preferred). * Basic computer skills and familiarity with PMS systems. * Excellent customer service and effective communication skills. * Availability for rotating shifts. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Legal benefits.
