Consistent interaction with residents and a strong service-oriented attitude **Concierge – Residential Condominium** At **Baía**, we are seeking a Concierge for a residential condominium, responsible for providing personalized attention to residents and visitors, ensuring the proper functioning of services and a high-quality experience. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and attend to residents, visitors, and vendors * Control access and register entries/exits * Attend to and follow up on resident requests * Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams * Support reservations for common areas * Channel and track reports or incidents * General supervision of order in common areas **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles (condominiums, front desk, hospitality, etc.) * Excellent appearance and service-oriented attitude * Strong organizational skills and follow-up on pending tasks * Ability to resolve conflicts and interact effectively with residents * Basic computer proficiency * Flexible availability for work schedule **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment **Important:** We seek a responsible individual with a strong service orientation and attention to detail.
