One way MML seeks to create a competitive advantage is through high-caliber leaders supported by well-designed people systems, resulting in a highly engaged, committed, and productive workforce.**Requirements:*** Education: Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Mechatronics Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining industry, preferably in maintenance, crushing plants, grinding, flotation, and filters. * Knowledge of tools/equipment and methodologies for preventive and predictive maintenance management. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems and lubrication: + Familiarity with RCM methodology. + Familiarity with RCA tool. * Analytical skills, teamwork ability, and effective communication. * Proficiency in Office (Excel). * Experience with SAP\- Maintenance Module/Management \- Work Orders (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, coordinate, and perform various maintenance activities, prioritizing preventive maintenance to minimize corrective actions as much as possible. * Generate reports and collect data to support decision-making regarding component lifespan. * Achieve performance targets related to lubricant consumption and optimization to reach world-class lubrication standards. * Ensure machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment operate optimally and reliably.
