**Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development plan for all levels of staff. * Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and development programs. * Ensure all staff are trained in standard operating procedures, hotel policies, complaint handling, and customer service. * Collaborate with department managers to identify areas for improvement and develop relevant content. * Manage the budget and resources allocated for training activities. * Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization. * Stay updated on best practices in the hospitality industry and training trends. * Organize employee recreational activities and internal events. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * **MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING IN THE HOTEL SECTOR** * Experience in managing and designing training programs. * Knowledge of training obligations under STPS. * Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire others in their professional development.
