Installation and implementation of cybersecurity solutions A leading company in the cybersecurity sector is seeking **"CYBERSECURITY TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE"** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, computing, or related field * 2 years of experience with cybersecurity tools or services * Advanced English proficiency — MANDATORY * Ability to work in teams, perform critical analysis, and pay attention to detail RESPONSIBILITIES: * Providing technical support on cybersecurity topics to users * Preparing technical minutes documentation for each installation * Generating reports for each technical support case in the system * Delivering cybersecurity training to customers (virtual or in-person) * Performing installations and implementations (remote or in-person) WE OFFER: * Monthly salary of $18,000 (take-home pay) * Statutory benefits Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM * Weekend on-call duty (rotating) LOCATION: 5 minutes from the World Trade Center, Benito Juárez, Mexico City.
