General Maintenance Assistant (Multitechnician) Location: Chilpancingo and surrounding areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Main Responsibilities: Responsible for performing various preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal facility operation. Areas of specialization include: Air Conditioning: Cleaning, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Electrical: Electrical installations, repairs, and general electrical maintenance. Plumbing: Leak detection and repair, sanitary installations, and hydraulic system maintenance. Painting: Surface preparation and interior/exterior painting application. Drywall: Installation and repair of drywall walls and ceilings. Masonry: Construction and repair of basic structures. Requirements: Proven experience in the aforementioned areas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail. Availability to work in Chilpancingo and its surrounding areas. We Offer: Salary: MXN $12,500 net monthly (paid weekly with a one-week delay).
