ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** 1. Establishes production processes to improve production cycle times and quality defects. 2. Monitors and controls production processes. 3. Specifies all tools required for the production process. 4. Develops work instructions and production procedures. 5. Creates visual aids for training purposes. 6. Trains operators, technicians, and supervisors on the production process. 7. Layout design. 8. Controls process variables. 9. Implements preventive and corrective actions for production processes. ### **Requirements** 1. Mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, or industrial engineering degree. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry. 3. Oral and written English language proficiency. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Tool design capability. 6. Experience in programming automated equipment. 7. AutoCAD. 8. Experience in project management. 9. Problem-solving skills. **Shift:** Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
