Motivate and integrate the team to achieve goals **AQUAClyva is seeking a Sales Manager at Plaza Cocos \- Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At AQUAClyva, a leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of water purification plants, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive the growth of our sales and lead our sales team toward achieving objectives. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the team of commercial advisors. * Monitor performance and sales control per branch. * Monitor and support sales follow-up and closing. * Manage and track the customer portfolio. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. * Implement action plans to improve commercial results. * Motivate and integrate the team to achieve goals. **Key Competencies** * Results-oriented mindset and objective-driven work. * Leadership and ability to motivate teams. * Analytical skills and decision-making ability. * Clear communication to convey ideas and knowledge. * Commercial organization and follow-up. **We Offer** * Base salary: $11,300 gross per month * Bonus for goal achievement. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot. * Mobile phone. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Job stability. * Direct employment with the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you have experience leading commercial teams and are passionate about achieving results, we want to meet you.
