We invite you to learn more about us, our operations, and our exciting plans for the future.**Requirements:*** Education: Technical Degree (TSU) or completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within mining processes and/or metallurgical plants. * Experience managing personnel and demonstrated leadership skills. * Experience maintaining mining process equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, transmissions, conveyor belts, rock crushers, etc. * Failure analysis and root cause analysis. * Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, proactivity, discipline, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with technical terminology used in mining processes. * ERP system experience (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
