We invite you to learn more about us, our operations, and our exciting plans for the future.**Requirements:*** Completed or incomplete high school education. * DC3 certification specific to cranes, or certification in lifting equipment. * Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. * Knowledge of cyclic and annual inventories. * Basic computer skills (Office: Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP are essential. * Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license is mandatory. * Ability to operate a forklift, telehandler, crane, and crane truck. * Ability to perform numerical calculations. * Flexibility to adapt to the role according to area needs. * Willingness to work independently, following work processes and instructions. * Follow all safety and hygiene rules. * Use appropriate MML standard PPE for specific tasks. * Report to the Team Leader if there are any issues with equipment or the work area. * Keep the work area clean. * Follow all procedures and permits for this role and for specific tasks. * Participate in cleaning campaigns as required. * Confirm contractors are using their PPE and following company safety procedures. * Attend daily meetings and know the tasks assigned by the Supervisor. * Clarify with the Supervisor any unclear aspects of task assignments. * Gather all necessary equipment to meet task requirements and complete the checklist to confirm equipment is ready for safe use. * Inform the Supervisor if equipment is not ready for use or cannot be used safely. * Confirm with the Supervisor, Safety that there are no safety risks along the route and in the work area. Report any issues to the Supervisor. * Depending on the task, prepare and present to the Supervisor, Warehouse a work plan outlining safety procedures, work area requirements, and work protocols. * Follow work plan templates for the type of work and review them with the Supervisor, Warehouse. * Complete the checklist for equipment, supplies, tools, mechanical, and safety items. * Gather all necessary tools, supplies, and equipment to complete the task. * Operate equipment, follow established procedures for safe operation, meeting assigned task requirements. * Monitor equipment operation for signs of wear to ensure proper tools are used and safety protocols followed. * Monitor the work area to confirm it is prepared and ready to begin work, meeting all safety and company requirements. * Confirm that the assigned task has been completed as required. * Enter into SAP confirmation that the assigned task has been completed. * Before moving equipment, confirm each time that the work area is safe. * Perform unplanned tasks as needed. * Complete the shift report and deliver it to the Supervisor. * Report any damage or malfunction. **NOTE: Torex Gold Resources and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from recruitment agencies without an active contract and those not nominated as authorized partners to conduct searches**
