




### **Description** **The purpose of the Cranes Operator role is to support the receipt and dispatch of goods and equipment in MML yards through the operation of cranes, telehandlers and forklifts, ensuring all maneuvers are carried out safely and that items remain secured.** **The Company:** Torex Gold is a leading Canadian mid-tier gold producer focused on mining, development and exploration of our 29,000-hectare Morelos gold property in the highly prospective Guerrero Gold Belt in Mexico. We invite you to learn more about us, our operations, and our exciting plans for the future.**Requirements:*** Completed or incomplete high school education. * DC3 certification specific to cranes, or lifting equipment certification. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations. * Knowledge of cyclic and annual inventories. * Basic computer skills (Office: Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP knowledge are essential. * Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license is mandatory. * Ability to operate a forklift, telehandler, crane, and crane truck. * Ability to perform numerical calculations. * Flexibility to adapt to the role according to area needs. * Willingness to work independently, following work processes and instructions. * Follow all safety and hygiene rules. * Use appropriate MML standard PPE for specific tasks. * Report to Team Leader any issues with equipment or work area. * Keep work area clean. * Follow all procedures and permits related to this role and specific tasks. * Participate in cleaning campaigns as required. * Confirm contractors are using their PPE and following company safety procedures. * Attend daily meeting and understand tasks assigned by Supervisor. * Clarify with Supervisor any unclear aspects of task assignments. * Gather all necessary equipment to meet task requirements and complete checklist to confirm equipment is ready for safe use. * Inform Supervisor if equipment is not ready for use or cannot be used safely. * Confirm with Supervisor, Safety that there are no safety risks along the route and in the work area. Report any issues to Supervisor. * Depending on the task, prepare and present to Supervisor, Warehouse a work plan outlining safety procedures, work area requirements, and work protocol. * Use work plan templates for the type of work and review them with Supervisor, Warehouse. * Complete equipment, supplies, tools, mechanical and safety checklist. * Gather all necessary tools, supplies and equipment to complete the task. * Operate equipment, follow established procedures for safe operation, meeting assigned task requirements. * Monitor equipment operation for signs of wear, ensuring proper tools are used and safety protocols followed. * Monitor work area to confirm it is prepared and ready to begin work, meeting all safety and company requirements. * Confirm assigned task has been completed as required. * Enter into SAP confirmation that assigned task has been completed. * Before moving equipment, confirm each time that the work area is safe. * Perform unplanned tasks as needed. * Complete shift report and deliver to Supervisor. * Report any damage or malfunction. **NOTE: Torex Gold Resources and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from recruitment agencies without a valid contract and those not nominated as authorized partners for search activities**
