Summary: Manage and control technical documentation for automotive leather components, ensuring compliance and providing technical support for process engineering during development and industrialization. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives **Job Objective** Manage and control technical documentation for product and process development of automotive leather components, starting from Phase 0, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, APQP, and the Quality Management System. Provide technical support to Process Engineering activities during development and industrialization stages. **Responsibilities** * Provide, control, and update process technical documentation (HOE, Flow Diagrams, HOB, Process Dossier), as well as develop digital drawings for manufacturing processes. * Support APQP activities from Phase 0, including new model introductions, engineering changes, and process changes. * Update and release process and product documentation in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring proper training and a successful project launch. * Manage and validate process manufacturability through DOE (Design of Experiments), CPK, R\&R, and other quality tools, documenting the results. * Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and cost reduction. * Create and update 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks. * Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Management System requirements. * Provide technical support for leather processes such as cutting, lamination, RF Welding, quilting, embroidery, and other enrichment processes related to product development. * Follow up and actively participate in product development activities, including approvals, process flows, purchasing, customer shipments, and audits. **Requirements** * Industrial, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in leather components. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Knowledge and application of Core Tools. * Strong analytical, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage teams and work in multidisciplinary environments. * Strong customer and supplier interaction skills. * Service\-oriented mindset with a strong technical support approach. **Preferred Experience** * Product, Process, or Launch Engineering. * Automotive leather industry experience. * Development and implementation of FMEA and Control Plans. * Experience supporting project launch activities. * Knowledge of sewing, RF Welding, and perforation processes. * Experience with problem\-solving methodologies.
