Skill development in a dynamic technological environment **Minimum Education:** Recent graduate. **Field of Study:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Development Engineering, or a related field in systems and programming. **Experience:** Professional work experience is not mandatory; internships, social service, personal programming projects, freelance work, or real academic projects will be considered. **Gender:** Not specified. **Age Range:** 23 to 35 years old. **Languages:** Basic technical English. **GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide technical support for the company’s technological infrastructure (networks, computers, security cameras, databases, servers, and internal applications), collaborate on the development of internal applications, and assist the Head of Systems in departmental operations. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Application development and administration (C#). * Basic database management (MySQL). * Desktop application development. * Network troubleshooting. * Basic router and Wi-Fi configuration. * Security camera systems. * Software installation and configuration. * Basic server management. * Technical support and problem resolution via phone and/or in person. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Service-oriented attitude. * Ability to learn quickly. * Teamwork with both technical and non-technical users. * Responsible and committed. * Consistent communication regarding issues and unexpected events. * Problem identification and resolution. * Task tracking and report generation. * Organizational ability. * Stress management. **Work Schedule:** 9 hours per day, Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off and shift schedules.
