Represents the Assembly and mediates conflicts to foster harmonious coexistence **Condominium Administrator (Premium Development)** Acapulco Diamante, Guerrero (On-site) We are looking for a professional with strategic vision and a strong service orientation to manage a ***luxury residential complex comprising 10 towers of 15 floors each in the most exclusive area of Acapulco.*** You will serve as the representative of the Assembly, ensuring compliance with bylaws and maintaining the operational, financial, and service excellence required by an exclusive, family-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Management:** Coordinate procedures with CFE, CONAGUA, government agencies, and Civil Protection protocols. * **Transparent Finance:** Manage income and expenses, administer annual budgets, and ensure collection of operational fees. * **Maintenance and Preservation:** Supervise preventive maintenance programs and monitor the integrity of common assets. * **Relations and Mediation:** Address condominium owners’ complaints and mediate conflicts to guarantee harmonious coexistence. * **Leadership:** Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and negotiate with strategic suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Proven experience in condominium administration or luxury property management. * Solid knowledge of legal regulations, financial management, and office software (MS Office). * Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation ability, and professional ethics.
