**FIELD COLLECTION MANAGER** **Objective:** Validate the information of clients requesting a loan, as well as establish payment plans during the first weeks of delinquency. **Functions:** Visit the client's home to verify the information they provided when applying for the loan. Understand the client's needs in order to offer them solutions to avoid falling behind on payments. Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers.
