Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering service aligned with resort standards. **As a Server, you will be responsible for:** * Knowing all food and beverage menus prepared and offered to guests to provide appropriate recommendations. * Performing front- and/or back-of-house duties across various dining venues according to assigned schedules and shifts. * Anticipating and addressing guests’ potential needs. * Ensuring the station is fully stocked, clean overall, and equipped with required tableware, glassware, flatware, and linens prior to the start of your shift. * Knowing daily specials and out-of-stock items. * Assisting at all times in serving dishes and carrying soiled trays to the designated scullery area for cleaning. * Ensuring proper use of all equipment and service areas. * Setting tables per established service standards. * Knowledgeable about preparation of specialty beverages and wines. * Proficient in using the resort’s POS system. * Able to respond generally or specifically, as appropriate, to any guest inquiries regarding Food & Beverage service or the resort. * Delivering courteous, personalized service to guests, strictly adhering to resort standards. * Following procedures and policies when issues arise. * Attending all scheduled departmental meetings and training sessions. * Responsible for fulfilling restaurant supply requisitions from the warehouse and submitting a copy of the fulfilled requisition to the Cost Department or the Supervisor on duty. * Capable of preparing food in front of guests, consistently following hygiene and presentation standards. * Assisting in monthly inventories (food, beverages, and operational equipment) under the supervision of the Cost Manager. * Responsible for managing the petty cash fund at the assigned point-of-sale location. * Responsible for processing payments and closing guest checks. **To succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** * Technical education * Academic certificates, minimum secondary school level * 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry **The following capabilities and distinctions would be advantageous in this position:** * Familiarity with operational equipment, glassware, and their appropriate usage. * Experience with digital systems. * Knowledge of beverage preparation. * Knowledge of wines and food pairings. * Proficiency in English (50% or more, written and spoken).
