DE C.V. in Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero** Position: Service Technical Engineer Base location: Guerrero (Chilpancingo or Acapulco) Work arrangement: Home Office – Field (occasional travel) Salary: $18,000 gross (before taxes) Position objective Provide support and training to end users of analyzers and reagents, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate diagnostics. Main responsibilities * Schedule and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on time. * Address user requests and inquiries regarding the use of analyzers. * Support the sales team with technical demonstrations and explanations of equipment. * Operate software and computer programs for analyzers. * Properly prepare and use reagents on various equipment. * Resolve technical issues remotely or on-site. * Ensure proper equipment usage by customers. * Keep records of training provided and issues resolved. * Actively participate in internal trainings and workshops. * Carry out actions defined by the Quality department. * Collaborate on special projects as required by the company. Required profile * Education: Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry and Biological Sciences (QFB), Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field. * Prior experience in maintenance of clinical analysis medical equipment (e.g., blood and urine analyzers). * Technical knowledge and ability to diagnose issues both on-site and remotely. * Effective communication skills for user training and support.
