Management of change orders in high-end projects A company specializing in the design, construction, and interior design of custom AAA residences, located in San José del Cabo, is seeking the ideal candidate: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting change orders to clients and internally, generated during project execution across construction, interiors, and post-delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, review, and analysis of unit price cards (civil works, finishes, interiors, and furniture) * Preparation of comparative cost tables, quotations, and material lists * Review of drawings and modifications for cost presentations * Reconciliation of work volumes with contractors and suppliers * Preparation of control tables and reports * Tracking of budget requests and deliveries from suppliers and contractors **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture / Civil Engineering * Software: OPUS (mandatory), AutoCAD, Enkontrol, Monday * Second language: Intermediate English * 2\+ years of experience in HIGH\-END residential projects within budgetary control * Knowledge of construction processes (civil works\-finishes) **We Offer:** * Major medical expense insurance * Option for indefinite-term contract * Growth opportunity * All statutory benefits * Additional benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $26,500\.00 \- $29,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Major medical expense insurance Relocation/moving capability: * 23405, La Joya de los Cabos, B.C.S.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting work (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
