Access to continuous training and development **Join TROPICAL INCENTIVES as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and lead the control of our finances.** **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the supplier payment process. * Accuracy in accounts payable summaries. * Timeliness in payment scheduling. * Compliance with CFDI structure requirements. * Accuracy in bank reconciliations. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy of financial records. * Analyze reports and generate financial reports. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. * Safeguarding of Administrative Petty Cash. * Daily review of bank balances. * Prepare the summary of accounts payable invoices for corresponding payment scheduling, etc. etc. **Requirements** * Prior experience in similar accounting and accounts payable management roles. * Knowledge of accounting systems and financial tools. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Benefits** * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity for professional development within the company. * Access to continuous training and development events.
