Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Cost Control and Procurement Engineer to manage procurement, control expenses, and optimize financial resources. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire procurement cycle and negotiates with suppliers. 2. Controls expenses, budgets, and personnel document management. 3. Requires proactivity, organization, negotiation skills, and ethics. **Position Objective** We seek a highly **proactive, organized, and analytical Cost Control and Procurement Engineer**. The incumbent will be fully responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the procurement of materials and services, rigorously controlling project expense flows, and managing technical and operational documentation for personnel. The primary goal is to ensure administrative order and optimize the company’s financial resources. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Procurement Management and Control * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Develop and maintain an updated portfolio of reliable suppliers. * Manage the full procurement cycle: from requisition receipt through purchase order issuance and delivery tracking to warehouse or site. **2\. Expense and Budget Control** * Monitor and meticulously record daily and weekly expenses, ensuring alignment with assigned budgets. **3\. Personnel Documentation and Paperwork Control** * Administer, organize, and keep personnel files up to date (e.g., contracts, onboarding records, credentials, safety certifications). * Control the distribution and assignment of supplies, tools, or personal protective equipment to personnel, maintaining strict inventory control. * Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and applicable legal requirements for operations. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or a related administrative-technical field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles (procurement, construction control, management control, or project administration). * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Ability to interpret budgets and technical concepts. **Soft Skills (Mandatory)** * **Proactivity:** Ability to anticipate supply chain or cash flow issues; someone who proposes solutions before being asked. * **Organization and Structure:** Meticulous approach to document filing and expense recording. Zero tolerance for disorganization. * **Negotiation Skills:** Firmness and tact when dealing with suppliers to optimize costs. * **Honesty and Ethics:** Transparent handling of financial resources and confidential company information.
