WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT WE OFFER: - Monthly gross salary: $9,500 to $12,000 (based on aptitude) - Weekly payments every Monday - Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, year-end bonus, vacation premium) - Mixed scheme under IMSS - Additional retirement contributions to AFORE - Direct employment with the company and opportunity to learn the technical field - TXT Program (Time for Time): Accumulate overtime hours and convert them into paid leave for personal errands or rest REQUIREMENTS: - Not mandatory (experience as a general helper or construction assistant is a plus) - We seek responsible individuals eager to learn and capable of working in teams - Availability: Full-time schedule to cover construction fronts - Location: Offices in Tlalnepantla Centro, with assignments to projects in Guasave, Los Mochis, and other regions nationwide RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be the fundamental on-site support to ensure safety and project progress: - Traffic Safety: Zone flagging and placement of signage to protect personnel and civilians - Material Logistics: Loading, unloading, and organizing materials for network construction - Site Preparation: Manual excavation assistance, land clearing, and counterweight placement in traffic barriers - Maintenance: General cleaning of the work area and use of basic construction tools Work takes place along highway segments, near the cotton farmers' stadium.
