Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Auditor for the automotive sector, responsible for conducting periodic audits, verifying compliance with regulations, and proposing solutions for operational and financial risks. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct periodic audits of operational and financial processes. 2. Identify risks and propose corrective solutions. 3. Collaborate with departments to ensure consistency and transparency. We require an internal auditor for the automotive industry Requirements • Students completing their degree or graduates in: Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering. • Experience working in accounting firms, audit departments, or automobile agencies. • 2 years of experience. • Ability to manage high volumes of information. • Proficiency in Windows applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Preference: Knowledge of Quiter, GDS, SAP. • For Excel: Preference for handling large data volumes using pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros. • Basic accounting knowledge: Cash counts, review of bank reconciliations, physical inventory counts, account reconciliations, confirmations, verifications, information analysis, etc. • Knowledge of management tools: SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, risk matrix. We offer: Job Responsibilities: Activities: • Conduct periodic audits of the company’s operational processes related to vehicle purchasing, sales, financing, and maintenance. • Verify compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and company-established operational procedures. • Evaluate internal controls and administrative, financial, and operational processes related to the automotive sector. • Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks, proposing solutions and corrective actions. • Prepare detailed audit reports including findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure consistency and transparency of activities. • Conduct inventory and fixed asset (vehicles and spare parts) audits, verifying proper documentation and valuation.
