We are looking for an Engineer ***What you’ll do:*** * Participate in capital projects to improve business indicators. * Optimize capital project execution processes, focused on the best performance of available resources. * Supervise capital projects focused on process improvement, lead time reduction, costs, resource and time optimization. * Participate in the correct identification, selection, planning, management, execution and closure of capital projects (CAR's). * Follow up on the development of the projects for daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the Engineering Management. * Interact with the Lerma site operational team: EHS, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance and Production. * Generate and update Engineering documentation: P\&ID's, layouts, capacities, calculation memories. * Participate and provide input in investigations, root cause analysis, deviation resolution and cases. ***What you’ll bring*** * Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, architecture or similar. * Minimum 4 years of experience in capital project execution. * Certification in project management or similar (desirable). * Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, electrical, process and environmental engineering. * JD Edwards management or similar * AutoCAD 2D or 3D. * SolidWorks * Visio * English intermediate \- advanced ***What you’ll get:*** * Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite and in the field 5 days per week * Competitive salary and development opportunities * A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond **About Sensient** Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors and extracts.
