




**Position Objective:** Ensure the **successful delivery of technological products and services**, guaranteeing compliance with the agreed **scope, quality, timelines, and budget** with the client. The Delivery Manager acts as a **strategic liaison between business, technical teams, and the client**, coordinating efforts, mitigating risks, and promoting agile practices that optimize continuous value flow. **Main Responsibilities** **End-to-End Delivery Management** * Plan, supervise, and control the complete development and deployment lifecycle of technology projects. **Coordination of Multidisciplinary Teams** * Serve as the **central point of contact** between development, QA, product, operations, and the client. * Align priorities and remove blockers affecting workflow. * Foster collaboration and effective communication among all involved areas. **Risk and Resource Management** * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project objectives. * Efficiently allocate resources and manage changes in scope, timelines, or priorities. * Anticipate deviations and propose fast, viable solutions. **Client and Stakeholder Communication** * Keep all stakeholders informed about progress, milestones, issues, and key metrics. * Manage expectations of internal and external clients, fostering trust-based relationships. * Lead follow-up meetings, demos, and deliverable reviews. **Continuous Improvement and Agile Culture** * Promote the adoption of agile methodologies, automation, and tools that enhance efficiency. * Implement periodic feedback (retrospectives) to improve delivery processes. * Drive innovation and continuous learning within teams. **Position Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field. * Master’s degree or certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, etc.) desirable. * Minimum 5 years managing technology projects, including 2 years in delivery leadership roles. * Proven experience in agile projects, DevOps, or digital transformation. * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment in production environments. * Management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Monday, etc.). * Delivery KPIs, SLAs, risk and resource management. * **Languages:** Technical intermediate or advanced English (desirable for international clients). **Key Competencies and Skills** * **Inspiring leadership** and decision-making under pressure. * **Clear and effective communication**, both technical and executive. * **Results-oriented** with a focus on value delivery. * **Negotiation and conflict resolution**. * **Analytical and strategic thinking**. * **Adaptability and agile mindset**. * **Management of multiple concurrent projects**. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * IndicatorExpected TargetOn-time deliveries≥ 95% of milestones met. * Budget compliance≤ 5% deviation. * Deliverable quality≤ 1% critical defects in production. * Customer satisfaction (NPS)≥ 8/10. * Risk resolution100% of risks mitigated on time. * Cycle time and lead timeIn line with internal benchmarks. * **Area:** Technology / Operations / Projects * **Reports to:** Technology Director (CTO) / Project Director / General Management * **Supervises:** Multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, product, DevOps, support) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits. * Training. * Profit sharing.
