You will lead the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs aligned with the company’s strategic direction, while actively participating in the site's leadership team. You will report directly to the Site Lead, with a functional reporting line, and collaborate closely with cross\-functional leaders to build technical knowledge and drive continuous improvement.**Key responsibilities** Key responsibilities include: * Managing contractor oversight and work permit processes. * Ensuring process safety across industrial systems such as dryers, mixers, ammonia, and utilities. * Supporting audits and certifications including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMETA, and ATEX. **Qualifications and skills** This position requires a degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering, and \+3 years of experience in a managerial role.
