Responsible for ensuring security and monitoring facilities, preventing incidents, and responding to emergencies quickly and effectively, thereby ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor facilities to prevent incidents and ensure security. * Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols in both indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel. * Handle emergency situations—such as evacuations, medical incidents, or conflicts—in accordance with established protocols. * Control access of people and vehicles to the hotel, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. * Conduct periodic rounds across all areas of the property, including the building and common areas. * Report and document any incident or irregularity that occurs. * Coordinate with other staff members and departments to respond to security-related situations. * Ensure that security, emergency, and health protocols are followed by all staff and visitors. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in security. * Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and security protocols. * Observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Certification in security and first aid (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and development. * A professional and dynamic work environment.
