ACTIVITIES Joint follow-up with provider and/or internal operations staff regarding daily operations and mass outages. Facilitate centralized support tracking for organic, mass, and attenuation troubleshooting. Validate and support provider and/or internal staff in daily operations using existing documentation in the district. Notify customer service of mass outages to activate IVR. Customer documentation for port assignment from origin. Support activities for Network Engineer. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Effective communication. * Sense of urgency. * Communications technologies, specifically fiber-optic networks. * Office software proficiency.
