We are currently seeking a **Benefits and Compensation Analyst**, this position works onsite in León, Guanajuato. We are looking for creative, dynamic, and results-driven talent. **Main Responsibilities, not limited to:** 1\. **Manage the Savings Box** across the 7 business units (enrollments, terminations, modifications, reconciliations with accounting, annual closing and settlement, loans, and partial withdrawals). 2\. Manage the Savings Fund across the 7 business units (employee-employer contributions, reconciliations with accounting, transactions with SURA, annual closing and settlement, loans, and partial withdrawals). 3\. **Manage FONACOT loans** (deductions, payment of loan statements, adjustments, credit limitations upon payoff, monthly download of new loan statements, recording system entries for disabilities, terminations and enrollments for payments, addressing employee inquiries or clarifications, refunding amounts or settling workers' monthly contributions) across the 7 business units. 4\. Administration of SKX and CH employee loans across the 7 business units (issuance of vouchers based on employee requests, loading amounts and rule limitations in SAP-PY). 5\. **Administration of funds and meal/gasoline voucher cards** (reconciliations, fund requests, transfers and budgetary movements per user-gasoline, user/card enrollments and terminations, disbursements, invoicing). 6\. Management of various deductions across the 7 business units (dental, optical, toys, special promotions, type 1 loans, credential replacements, sports classes, certification programs, English classes, tournaments, audit shortages, etc.), supplier payments, and reconciliations with accounting. 7\. Support various administrative tasks within the department. 8\. Payroll validation for benefit and compensation concepts across the 7 legal entities (savings box, savings fund, FONACOT, type 1 loans, optical, toys, dental, tournaments, sports classes, English, certification programs, audit cash and meal tickets, etc.). **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree or near completion (Accounting, Administration, or Human Resources). **Experience in similar roles:** 6 months to 1 year **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of LSS, LFT, FONACOT, Savings Box, Savings Fund, meal/gasoline vouchers, Payroll, and SAP.
