We are currently seeking innovative, proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented talent.* ***We are currently looking for our next BILINGUAL RAW MATERIAL IMPORT AND LOGISTICS ANALYST.*** ***This position is onsite in León, Guanajuato*** ***Position Objective:*** *Ensure timely shipment and arrival of imported goods while managing all customs formalities. Continuously seek process improvement, resource optimization, and best practices.* ***Main Responsibilities (not limited to):*** 1\. Prepare and monitor the shipping schedule confirmed by factory planning to ensure timely raw material shipments. 2\. Inform the factory planning department of any delays in goods arrival. 3\. Validate import documentation for containers and guides (Tech packages and Pilot batches). 4\. Closely track shipments and guides to ensure goods arrive at the factory on time. 5\. Create a raw material database. 6\. Confirm bookings. 7\. Coordinate customs clearance together with AA. 8\. Coordinate with factory planning the arrival of containers to the plant. 9\. Generate complete operational files (per container) and deliver them fully to the Audit department. 10\. Reconcile raw material supplier account statements. 11\. Generate and create letters of credit. 12\.
