We are looking for a maintenance assistant for residential building maintenance. Main activities * Inspection of facilities: inspect common areas, offices, restrooms, and hallways to detect defects. * Basic equipment cleaning: remove dust, grease, or debris from machinery and tools. * Support in minor repairs: replace light bulbs, adjust locks, repair small leaks. * Painting and touch-ups: perform aesthetic maintenance on walls, railings, or furniture. * Tool handling: safely use screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, and other instruments. * Material control: organize and replenish supplies such as screws, light bulbs, paint, or cleaning products. * Support in preventive maintenance: assist in periodic inspections of electrical, plumbing, or air conditioning systems. * Incident reporting: inform supervisors of detected failures or completed tasks. * Workplace safety: follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and respect signage.
