***Education:*** Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics or similar ***Experience:*** 5 years in a similar position. ***Knowledge:*** Repair of Ford 350, 450 and 550 engines. General mechanics Automotive mechanics: diesel and gasoline. ***Job Mission:*** Lead the technical execution of the Mechanical Workshop, distributing tasks among operational staff, supervising the quality of work performed and ensuring compliance with timelines, policies and safety measures, through timely diagnosis, handling of mechanical failures and technical team development. ***Key Responsibilities:*** \- Assign technical tasks to mechanics and assistants, considering their skills, task complexity and operational priorities. \- Supervise the proper execution of assigned tasks through direct review and technical support when necessary. \- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled plan, organizing resources and reporting incidents. \- Diagnose complex mechanical failures in equipment and report them to the Workshop Supervisor. \- Forward to the Workshop Supervisor requests for budget preparation for diagnostics and repairs, identifying technical needs during equipment inspections and coordinating with mechanical personnel the required information. \- Verify compliance with procedures and safety regulations in the Workshop through periodic inspections and correction of deviations. \- Provide support to the Workshop Supervisor, when required, in administering and evaluating practical driving tests for active drivers and applicants, assisting in on-site testing and supervising basic maneuvers, with the purpose of ensuring candidates possess the required skills. ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM ***Required:*** Type **A or C** driver's license Employment type: Permanent position Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site job
