ECOE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION DUE TO EXPANSION, WE ARE SEEKING: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT Position Objective: Monitor the execution of tasks assigned to operational staff according to the construction schedule, ensuring timely and proper implementation. Responsibilities: * Verify that the scope of work outlined in the construction schedule has been contracted by the client. * Supervise task execution and adherence to the progress schedule. * Prepare logbook entries, meeting minutes, and reports on constraints. * Resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Receive and validate completed work for handover to the client. * Update construction progress and request drawing modifications. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (recent graduates welcome). * Experience: Preferably 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Skills: Teamwork, decision-making, organizational ability, effective communication. * Technical Knowledge: Construction processes, interpretation of electrical drawings, electrical materials. * Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel.
