We are currently seeking: Measurement and Incident Manager Immediate hiring Education: Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields (Systems and/or ICT Administration) Requirements: · Coordination and management of the incident response team for fault resolution · Knowledge of telecommunications - Monitoring of KPIs defined by Iberdrola. - Development and monitoring of the continuous improvement plan implementation. - Support and incident management - Review and handling of incidents - Coordination of shipment of replacement meters and transformers - Coordination to request meter reconfiguration from CFE - Coordination of installation of replacement meters and transformers with CFE - 24/7 year-round telephone support for power supply failure reporting, including holidays - Handling and management of repairs for failures caused by accidents or theft of measurement and communication system equipment - Configuration and testing of replacement 4G modems - Coordination with CFE to conduct communication tests between meters and servers installed at CFE - Registration of meters on CFE servers when there is a change in self-supply priority - Coordination with CFE to request maintenance and replacement work orders for measurement and communication systems - Coordination with CFE and CENACE to request calibration licenses for meters connected to supply loads - Coordination with Iberdrola’s installation providers to address incidents involving measurement equipment, network infrastructure, and communication tests - Implementation of service continuity plans according to available resources - Support on regulatory matters and staff training programs - Coordination among clients, Iberdrola, and CFE for meter reading in case of communication loss at month-end - Handling of end-user requests regarding incidents attributable to deficiencies in installations performed by Iberdrola’s providers - Handling of end-user requests concerning changes to measurement and communication system equipment resulting from electrical supply incidents · Provision of incident response for communication, infrastructure, and measurement equipment issues affecting Load Centers · Collection of information required to register the Load Center in CFE’s incident portal · Submission of registration request for the Load Center’s connection to supply via CFE’s incident reporting portal · Submission of registration request for the Load Center in the Load Center monitoring system · Monitoring of Load Center communications · Detection and prevention of potential communication-related incidents at monitored Load Centers · Acquisition of readings and daily follow-up · Requesting CFE to send complete Load Center records · Execution of communication tests and configuration reviews jointly with the Load Center · Identification of whether the incident type originates from software, server, or infrastructure · Reconfiguration of communication equipment jointly with the client · Requesting CFE to reconfigure meters · Immediate and accurate notification of incidents to all involved commercial parties We offer: Net salary: (Negotiable) Statutory benefits Additional benefits: MINU platform Work mode: Remote Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling based on operational needs Position type: Full-time Salary: $28,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Work location: Remote-hybrid, 11260, México Nuevo, CDMX
