Production Cost Manager to work in Tecomán, Colima

**Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in public accounting, financial administration, finance, or related field (degree obtained) · Minimum 7 years of experience in: General and cost accounting, interpretation of financial statements, determination of production costs, Inventory Control. · Preparation and management of budgets. Financial Analysis. Internal control, industrial safety · Lean Six Sigma (Not essential) · Software: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, Oracle · Basic English **Responsibilities:** · Calculate, diagnose, and analyze costs and inventories for proactive decision-making, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines regarding their accuracy. · Lead the implementation and development of Internal Control frameworks in plant rules and procedures with no major observations, aiming to safeguard the company's assets. · Monitor, analyze, and control expenses. (Continuity of financial benefits) · Request, reconcile, and report cyclic inventories (RM, FG, WIP, FA, and Spare Parts), as well as approve and follow up on the sale of waste materials, reworked materials, furniture in poor condition, FA, and donations. · Reconcile Plant Petty Cash Fund. · Serve as liaison between Corporate Treasury and plant financial instrument needs. · Analyze and supervise accounting and financial information. · Validate, monitor, and reconcile inventory levels.
